Supporting early discharge, home rehabilitation, virtual wards and remote monitoring is within the scope of the Elective Recovery Tech Fund, with applications closing on 29th October 2021.

NHSX has announced a new fund for technology to support elective recovery, as part of the government’s wider recovery plan for health and social care. The Elective Recovery Tech Fund, or ERTF, has been introduced to help ICSs implement digital solutions that will make a real difference, including solutions that reduce the length of stay and enable earlier discharge, support patients on the waiting list, help home preoperative assessments and many more.

At Spirit, we are experts at supporting bids and partnering to deliver successful digitally-led projects.

Our CliniTouch Vie platform is already in use to support the delivery of virtual wards, early supported discharge and effective remote monitoring for patients outside of acute settings.

We have published, proven results, demonstrating improved system efficiencies – from a 67.5% reduction in emergency admissions in COPD patients to decreasing average length of stay by 2.2 days with a COVID virtual ward. We’re also proud to have recorded patient satisfaction scores of over 90%.

We support you every step of the way, from initial application through to pathway co-design, training and deployment. Our team are experts in change management and work to embed our technology within the existing clinical model, ensuring stakeholder buy-in at all stages.

Our technology is available to be rapidly deployed, and our dedicated deployment team is on hand to make sure any pathway is configured to meet local needs.

If you’re interested in using CliniTouch Vie to support your project, simply complete the form below and we’ll be in touch.
